Tony, Founder and President

Tony was the neighborhood whiz kid who learned to program a computer before anybody else. Why? So he could create video games for his little brother -- and the rest of the neighborhood gang. That's why it wasn't a surprise when Tony grew up and went to Stanford University to study Computer Engineering. In the adult world, Tony has created all sorts of useful and popular programs, working for companies like Electronic Arts, Apple, IBM and Diamond Multimedia. He even started a bunch of his own companies, including When.com (along with Ted) and SF Soundworks. Along the way, he learned a lot about what people love, especially on the Internet. And so at SuperSecret, he's put together a crackerjack team of engineers and artists who use the latest tools and technologies to make the world like nothing you've ever seen. They even designed the WorldBuilder™ platform, which allows us to add new stuff to SuperSecret all the time. Like what you see today? Just wait until you see what Tony and the team are whipping up for tomorrow.

Ken, Senior Director

Ever since he was a kid, Ken has been curious, so he was always the one asking questions: "Hey, what's that? How does it work? What if we just flipped this switch-oops!" That's how he learned so much cool stuff, including all about computers. Ken was also passionate about explaining what he knew to other kids. So at SuperSecret, we put him in charge of Figuring Things Out and Explaining Them to People, which is another way of saying that he's the head of Customer Service. He's got a lot of great experience helping customers, at websites like Owners.com and EscapeHomes and at gigantic companies like BabyCenter and Bristol Myers Squibb. He even started his own adventure travel company, where he got paid to trek to faraway places and do wild, outdoorsy things. (Smart, huh?) Ken still has tons of kidlike energy, and he uses at least some of it up in long-distance running.

Michael, VP, Engineering

Do you enjoy watching things blow up? So does Michael. As a kid, he was always setting off fireworks and blowing up model rockets (yikes). And he never kicked the habit. As an adult, Michael gets paid to blow things up. He even does fireworks for the San Francisco Symphony! Michael's also a computer whiz, using the programming skills he began developing as a kid to create some of the most innovative products in the world-and, as with the fireworks, making people's jaws drop. He was involved in the creation of the first laptop, the first PDA, the first online classifieds, and the first interactive media. Michael has a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and he has worked at GRiD Computer, Apple, Newton, Classifieds2000, and LivePlanet, where he was the CTO, supporting tens of millions of users in conjunction with film and television. At SuperSecret, Michael creates a different kind of fireworks - kapow! - style features in our secret world. He's the leader of and mentor to our team of engineering superstars.
