Chat Filtering and Moderation
To ensure that your child is safe we used "real-time filtering technology." This allows us to stop players from posting messages that are offensive, or contain personal information. We also have moderators monitoring the SuperSecret world.
While Simple Chat is a guaranteed way to ensure that no personal information is exchanged between your child and other players we cannot guarantee that personal information won't get through our filters while using Super Chat.Talk to your child about what is acceptable online and be sure to follow our general safety tips for a fun, engaging, and safe experience.
Moderation:
The safety of our players is one of our highest priorities here at SuperSecret. To help provide a safe environment, our team of moderators track and monitor interactions between players ensuring that they are not sharing personal information while adhering to the safety rules of conduct. Moderators also review player reports and take appropriate actions based on a review of chat history.
In addition, moderators can be contacted via email at any time or reached in-game through their avatar. Moderators names appear in red. In addition to moderation support, SuperSecret offers advanced chat filtration and safety tracking tools. Ultimately, SuperSecret is a safe and fun way for children to interact online.
