SuperSecret has two forms of chat, Simple Chat and Super Chat. Both chatting systems are designed to NOT allow players to share personal information, such as your home address, phone number, and email address.
Parents may also request their child's account be placed into Safe Chat mode. This mode will lock down the chat mode to permanent Simple Chat and ensures no one outside of SuperSecret can trigger a Super Chat email request. This chat mode is available upon request and perfect for situations where the parent wants to be sure their child doesn't enable Super Chat through their own email address.
Simple Chat:
Simple Chat is our default chat mode. It allows players to chat with each other using only pre-written messages and emoticlouds. Players with this chat option will not be able to send or receive custom messages from other players who have Super Chat.
Super Chat:
Super Chat allows players to send custom messages to each other. Players will still have access to Simple Chat and will only be able to communicate with other players who have Super Chat activated as well. All Super Chat text is filtered, using industry leading real-time filtering technology. Messages containing offensive or personal information will be filtered.
