SuperSecret is safe online world where tweens can play games, interact with friends, navigate whimsical surprises and challenges, and learn basic online social skills.
Using a character, players "grow up" by gaining fun responsibilities like adopting a pet, decorating an apartment, and choosing a car. The more they play, the more they can explore, discover, and create.
At SuperSecret, players use characters to represent themselves inside the world. All characters begin their SuperSecret life at age 10. As kids play, their characters "grow up" by getting birthdays at certain milestones. Birthdays come with exciting new privileges and greater access to more areas of the site. Examples of the types of privileges available and in the works include decorating a dorm room (11th birthday), owning a virtual pet (12th birthday), buying a virtual car (16th birthday), and the ability to vote (18th birthday).
In the first few months of 2009, SuperSecret characters can "grow up" to age 15, but we'll be adding a new age every month or so. And don't worry, we'll cap the top age before too long. Because at some point, aging just isn't fun anymore.

At SuperSecret, we take safety seriously. We believe that kids should be able to use the Internet to play, learn, and socialize in a safe, private, and fun environment. And we're doing our part to help make that happen. For details, check out our Safety page.

Kids can always play SuperSecret for free. Every character can grow up, buy some clothes, care for a pet, and decorate their own apartment. This gives kids a chance to really experience SuperSecret before deciding to become a paying member.
Paid members enjoy additional privileges and features. These players can purchase premium items and clothing, and can explore special areas of the world.
For more details and pricing, please take a look at our Membership information.

SuperSecret was designed for 9- to 13-year-old tweens, although we know that playful teens and adventurous younger kids enjoy it, too. We take a number of measures to make SuperSecret a special, fun, and protected place, where young people can spread their newfound wings within safe boundaries.

- Change the child's account password.
- To do this, go to the SuperSecret login screen, click on "Forgot your password," and then click "Reset." You'll need to know your child's character name and have access to your email for this to work.
- Change the child's permitted chat level.

- Shut down the child's account.

- If relevant, request that SuperSecret stop any future collection or use of the child's personal information. To do this, please contact Customer Support.
If you email or call us with any of the requests above, please be prepared to give us (for verification purposes) your email address and a telephone number where we can reach you.
