- I’m 13 in real life. Why is SuperSecret making me 10?
-
Every character starts out in SuperSecret as a ten year old, regardless of the player's real age. As characters earn Age Points, they grow up, have birthdays, and earn cool birthday presents. Your character in SuperSecret will almost certainly have birthdays
A LOT more frequently than you do in real life!
- Why can’t I login? I'm using the right character name and password.
- The challenge with computers is that they are so particular. Most likely you've entered either your character name or your password with a slightly different spelling than you used when you set up your account. It doesn't count if they are really, really close. It is also possible that we are experiencing temporary login issues. You may try again later and then contact us if you continue to have login problems. You may also wish to reset your password. For instructions how to do this, please see below.
- Can I change my character?
- Once you select a character in the process of setting up your account, your character will have two permanent features: gender and skin tone. You can change just about everything else about your character by buying new hairstyles, hair colors, clothes, footwear, and accessories. And at 13, your character will go through a growth spurt and become taller and more mature looking. Oooh, aaah!
- Why does it take a long time for SuperSecret to load up and get started?
- SuperSecret is so full of cool characters, hangouts, Games, and Secrets that it can take several seconds to load. The amount of time it takes for SuperSecret to load on your computer is determined in a big way by the type of internet connection you have as well as the processing speed of your computer. In most situations, SuperSecret will load up in under a minute. If it seems to be taking longer than that, time it and let us know.

I can't remember my password. What can I do?
- As long as you remember your character name and you've given us your parent's email if you are under 13, or yours, if you are at least 13, you can reset your password. From the login page, click on the "forgot your password" link. You'll then be prompted to enter your character name (take care to spell it exactly the way you spelled it when you set up your account). An email with a password-reset link will be sent to the email address we have on record for you. If you did not give us an email address during registration, there is no way to reset your password. You will need to create a new character.
